Club NewTone is currently looking for positive additions to our team. Openings include:
CN Style Salon & Spa Director
Primary responsibility is to provide leadership, direction and supervision of staff in the daily operations of the Salon & Spa, including, but not limited to, retail, salon, massage therapy, and tanning. The Salon & Spa Director is to oversee the coordination of all guests’ requests, be directly involved in budgeting, forecasting, payroll and scheduling as well as product inventory and ordering. Salon & Spa Director must provide the member with an overall “above and beyond” experience.
Camp Counselor
As a Camp Counselor, you will work with children from 6 weeks to 12 years in age. You will be encouraged to engage in the children’s activities and provide a positive experience for all. Some of the kids are coming to Camp NewTone for the first time, so you will strive to create an environment that is welcoming and fun. Scheduling flexibility and childcare experience are essential.
Certified Personal Trainers
As a Certified Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personal training services that offer members various programs to maximize workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina, enjoy their fitness experience and improve overall sense of well being. You will have the opportunity to assess all new members and prospect current members to build clientele. Professionalism and passion are key to successful personal training.
Stylist
CN Style Salon, located in Club NewTone, is a 3 chair salon with Manicure and Pedicure services available. Licensed cosmetologists of any experience level are welcome to apply. Opportunity is commission based and stylists must be available some evenings and Saturdays. The opportunity provides financial growth based on productivity.
Membership Sales Advisor
As a Sales Advisor, you will inspire others to live a healthy way of life by encouraging their involvement with Club NewTone’s programs. You will have the opportunity to develop personalized relationships with each new and existing club member. Responsibilities: Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through persistent and enthusiastic outreach, customize the buying experience by encouraging involvement in products and services that align with prospect’s unique needs, interests and goals, recruit new members through outbound calling and lead generation, develop relationships with new and current members to increase member referrals.
