Group Fitness
Group exercise at Club NewTone is designed to help you meet your fitness goals in a friendly and welcoming environment. Club NewTone offers over 70 Les Mills classes per week with certified, world-class instructors. Our classes have several different focuses such as strength training, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, core stability, low impact and sports training. Along with the 70 classes per week, Club NewTone offers Technique Classes that focus on teaching new members the proper form and experienced fitness enthusiasts ways to perfect theirs.
