Class Descriptions

BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.



BODYPUMP™is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body and the most successful group fitness program in history.



BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.


BODYFLOW™is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.


BODYSTEP™ is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.



RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.



BODYVIVE™is the low-impact, group fitness workout that lets you choose how hard you work. Using the VIVE™ balls, VIVE™ tubes and optional hand-weights, you’re talked step-by-step through the entire class by a skilled instructor, all while listening to uplifting and inspiring music.



SH’BAM™ is a 45 minute dance class set to chart-topping popular hits, familiar classics remixed, modernized Latin beats and other dance music heard in the hottest nightclubs around the world. Each class features simple but seriously hot dance moves and is the perfect way to shape up and have fun doing it!



CXWORX™ is a 30 minute workout that’ll inspire you to the next level, while strengthening and toning your body. It really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.



ZUMBA!™ Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away.The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.



PILATES -Pilates is an innovative strength training system exercising both mind and body. The class focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and are essential for proper spine support. Pilates will allow you to create a sleek toned body without bulk.



WATER in MOTION™is the newest aqua exercise workout that provides a low impact, high-energy challenge for participants of all ages, skill and fitness levels. Jump in and make a splash with this dynamic cardiovascular workout that tones and tapers the entire body. With land equivalent intensity, fantastic sing-along quality music, and dynamic instructors, enjoy the pure fun of this water class!



AQUA CIRCUIT – Variety is the name of the game in this class. You will work through three alternating series of strength and cardio moves.



AQUA FIT – This is a low impact cardiovascular workout with strength and ab work at the end of the class. Various resistance tools may be used to intensify the strength portion of the workout.



AQUACISE – A high-energy, cardiovascular workout that is easy on the joints. You will build strength and stamina from using the resistance of the water.



SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength & Range of Movement (MSROM) – Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.



SilverSneakers® Cardio Circuit – Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.
