Group Training
Small group training allows 3 to 8 people, from long-time friends to new acquaintances, the chance to reach their fitness goals in a semi-private setting. A certified personal trainer will lead you and your group through a workout focusing on a similar goal. The session will have personalized experience similar to that obtained through one-on-one sessions. Small group training allows a group the opportunity to reach their fitness goals through a variety of specialized workouts. Below is a list of training programs that can be utilized in a small group setting at Club NewTone.
