Kariel Hoagland
Kariel holds several certifications including Athletic Trainer (ATC/L), Personal Trainer (ACE), and group fitness certifications (AFAA). Her combined years of experience are 13 and include high school athletics, collegiate fitness, corporate wellness, and special populations.
Kariel’s personal training emphasis is in post rehabilitation, posture correction, special populations, wellness, strength training, Yoga, and Pilates. Fitness pursuits include: road biking, Bodystep, Bodyattack, Yoga and Pilates. Kariel enjoys mentoring her Little Sister and spending time in the outdoors with her husband.
Brandy Newlin
Brandy Newlin
Brandy has been actively engaged in health and fitness for over 20 years. She has completed 3 Ironman races and over 10 full marathons. Brandy holds many certifications, which include: National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Les Mills RPMTM, Silver Sneakers level 1 and level 2, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, Classic Cycle, and Swim Lesson Instructor. She has designed and instructed sports-specific conditioning classes for triathlons, distance running, mountain biking, weight loss, and weight training. Through these classes she has coached dozens of first-time marathoners and tri-athletes across their first finish lines.

Eric holds a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer. He attended Danville Area Community College where he played baseball as a pitcher and center fielder. He enjoys helping others improve the quality of their life. He specializes in muscle development, performance, and weight loss. His hobbies are spending time with his two year old son, working out, watching sports, and playing men’s slow pitch softball on a travel team.

Sid is a lifelong fitness enthusiast who has 10 years of experience as a Yoga, Pilates, Les Mills BODYPUMPTM and Les Mills BODYVIVETM group fitness instructor. As a certified personal trainer, he specializes in core strength development, functional movement and flexibility training. Sid is a retired college professor and especially likes to work with senior clients and people of all ages with special needs.

Lucas’s interest and experience in the health and fitness field has spanned over 13 years. It has included engagement in sports, personal strength and conditioning training, physically active hobbies, and a Personal Training Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He takes great personal fulfillment in seeing the people he trains improve physically, as well as helping everyone he meets gain more knowledge in health and fitness. His hobbies including weightlifting, rock climbing, watching mixed martial arts, enjoying the company of friends and members of Club NewTone, and helping people reach their fitness goals.

As a mother of three daughters, Jennifer knows the importance of staying in shape. From a lifetime ofsports, to a background in nursing, and a Personal Training Certification from ISSA, she has always had a passion for a fit lifestyle. Her background for personal training includes marathons, bodybuilding, yoga, Crossfit, boxing, and much more. Along with helping others strive for healthier, more fit bodies, she also competes nationally in Figure competitions, where she has placed in the top three on multiple occasions. Her accomplishments can be seen from magazines like Muscle and Development, to websites such as Bodybuilding.com. Her hobbies include tennis, running, cooking, and occasionally crafting. She has also began her studying for a fitness nutrition certification. She loves to help her clients reach their personal goals, and transform their lives.
