Brandy has been actively engaged in health and fitness for over 20 years. She has completed 3 Ironman races and over 10 full marathons. Brandy holds many certifications, which include: National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Les Mills RPMTM, Silver Sneakers level 1 and level 2, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, Classic Cycle, and Swim Lesson Instructor. She has designed and instructed sports-specific conditioning classes for triathlons, distance running, mountain biking, weight loss, and weight training. Through these classes she has coached dozens of first-time marathoners and tri-athletes across their first finish lines.
Eric holds a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer. He attended Danville Area Community College where he played baseball as a pitcher and center fielder. He enjoys helping others improve the quality of their life. He specializes in muscle development, performance, and weight loss. His hobbies are spending time with his two year old son, working out, watching sports, and playing men’s slow pitch softball on a travel team.
Sid is a lifelong fitness enthusiast who has 10 years of experience as a Yoga, Pilates, Les Mills BODYPUMPTM and Les Mills BODYVIVETM group fitness instructor. As a certified personal trainer, he specializes in core strength development, functional movement and flexibility training. Sid is a retired college professor and especially likes to work with senior clients and people of all ages with special needs.
Susan brings 5 years of both professional and personal experience in the fitness industry. As a former Purdue Boilermaker, she has always held fitness close to her heart. While motherhood and extra pounds once held this active mother of four down, Susan was determined to get back in shape and hit her stride. After educating herself on physical fitness and nutrition, she lost over 90 pounds of post-baby weight in less than 12 months. This transformation began a personal mission for her to help others get in shape. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer. Susan is a passionate supporter of the American Heart Association and enjoys spending time with her husband and children, cooking, gardening, and taking walks with her dog.
Adam Jones has been in the field of fitness from an early age. After playing basketball, baseball, and soccer through high school, he went to Vincennes University, where he obtained an Associates of Science. After college, his passion for health and fitness drove him to receive his certification for personal training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. With a wide array of personal training knowledge, Adam’s main focuses are muscle development, weight loss, sports performance, and high intensity interval training. He is also working towards becoming a certified Nutritionist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. His interests include weightlifting, keeping up to date on nutrition and wellness, watching and playing sports, and helping his clients not only reach, but exceed their fitness goals.
