BODYVIVE™ is the low-impact, group fitness workout that lets you choose how hard you work. Using the VIVE™ balls, VIVE™ tubes and optional hand-weights, you're talked step-by-step through the entire class by a skilled instructor, all while listening to uplifting and inspiring music.
ZUMBA - Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away.The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA!
PILATES-Pilates is an innovative strength training system exercising both mind and body. The class focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and are essential for proper spine support. Pilates will allow you to create a sleek toned body without bulk.
BOOT CAMP- Interval training: cardio, plyometrics, strength training and core exercises. A little bit of everything and a lot of something else!! Modify to YOUR fitness level.
AQUA CIRCUIT- Variety is the name of the game in this class. You will work through three alternating series of strength and cardio moves.
AQUA FIT- This is a low impact cardiovascular workout with strength and ab work at the end of the class. Various resistance tools may be used to intensify the strength portion of the workout.
AQUACISE - A high-energy, cardiovascular workout that is easy on the joints. You will build strength and stamina from using the resistance of the water.
SILVERSNEAKERS - Multi-level, total body conditioning class designed to increase strength, range of movement and functional activities for daily living. Cardio Circuit offers standing non-impact choreography for participants who desire more cardiovascular and muscle conditioning. Both utilize upper body work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing and balls.
TECHNIQUE CLASS - A 15 minute technique class will be offered the first Saturday of each month to give new and old participants alike the opportunity to refine their form within the Les Mills programs. The technique class will start at the regular time listed on the Saturday schedule with the actual class following.
